The first reaction to this book, based on reading its publicity blurb, is probably unprintable, thanks due to similar-sounding books all promising instant solutions, sunshine and more besides. However, one has to be impartial and neutral, giving a book a chance, and to one’s surprise within a few pages this book that promises to give a guide to many difficult interview questions was growing on the reader.

Of course, one cannot be certain what questions may be asked at an employment interview, even though inevitably a lot of them will be based around a theme or two, so the trick with a book like this is to get a handle on some of the more difficult, possibly strange or hard-to-answer questions, be a little forewarned and be forearmed in the process. You still have to answer the questions, but you won’t (hopefully) sound like a doofus or do an impression of a goldfish.

On this basis, the book surpassed one’s expectations. It felt as it was a credible, sensible and helpful resource rather than something that blows smoke up the reader’s posterior. It really is a case of read it and see. In some ways, you don’t even need to be looking for a new job to get some benefit out of this book. It has the potential, through analysis of the questions and guidance, to even help you better articulate what you want to say in relation to many questions and situations. It is capable of changing your mind and your approach to communicating, if you are prepared to invest the time into it. This is an excellent textbook, which I use for teaching an MRI class at UC Berkeley.
It is clear, simple and reads very smoothly. Chapters 1-7 are complete, but the rest are draft chapters.

A gripping tale of constitutional theory and law

This book is great! Truly, Mr. DeLeo is a master on the subject. I picked this up on a reccomendation from a friend and couldnt put it down! I especially loved the briefing on the "circle-square effect". Never before have I been so titilated by a the law in all its glory. Mr. DeLeo takes what would otherwise be a bland subject and breathes life into it in a manner that is like unto a gripping thriller similar to any good John Grisham novel! Be sure to pick this today! I bought 3 more copies for my friends and we are all now excitedly awaiting the sequel! Congrats on a job well done!

helpful for the NMAT. Definitely do this months BEFORE the exam and not the night before. It's a good representation for what will be on the exam. OTOH, if you prepare for MCAT you will be more than fine.
